  • Archaeology Lecture:  Barnard Professor and Dixon resident Sev Fowles will present a lecture entitled “The Archaeology of Catholicism in Indo-Hispano New Mexico”, based on research done in conjunction with this summer’s recent field season.  At the Embudo Valley Library this coming Wednesday, August 7th at 7:00.

  • One Straw Farm produce is available Fridays by ordering online.  Place your order here by noon on Friday and pick up after 4:00.  Currently offering chard, kale, lettuces, salad greens, chicory, garlic, herbs and powders.  Plus herb plants still available.

  • Embudo Valley Neighborhood Watch Program (EVNWP) is gearing up for our 2024 Christmas Light Parade.  We need to raise funds to cover expenses.  The EVNWP will be in front of the Dixon Co-op Market collecting donations tomorrow, Saturday, August 3rd, from 12 noon to 4.  Please stop by.  You can also mail a donation to the EVNWP at P.O. Box 397, Dixon, NM 87527.  If you have any questions, please contact Celso at 505-927-5564.
