• Fireworks Ban in effect until further notice in Rio Arriba County for certain classes of fireworks including: aerial fireworks; Roman candles; stick-type rockets; chasers; self-propelling fireworks.  More information here.

• Dixon VFD 7th Annual 4th of July Celebration!  Noon-4 at Dixon Station 1 (183 NM 75).  It’s all free!  Food: Hot dogs, GF veggie Frito Pies, SnowCones (homemade flavors), Paletas.  Fun: Kiddie Pools, Bounce House, Cornhole Contest.  Music!  Fun for the whole family.

• La Segunda Secondhand Store is having a 50% off sale on men's clothing this Saturday only.  All shoes, shirts, and pants are half price.  Happy July 4th!

• Isaac Aragon album release tomorrow, Saturday, 7:00 at the Peñasco Theatre - free!

• The Embudo Valley Library will be open on Saturday, but there will be no special youth programming.
