Annual Christmas Light Parade in Dixon on Saturday, December 21st at 6:00, hosted by the Embudo Valley Neighborhood Watch Program (EVNWP).  The EVNWP is accepting donations to cover expenses.  The community is invited to participate in the parade with an entry of their choice.  To donate to the program, send a check to EVNWP at P.O.
