• Burn Ban - Rio Arriba County Fire Chief has declared a Burn Ban for this weekend starting at 1pm Saturday through all day Sunday.  No outdoor burning will be allowed with or without a permit.  If you see a fire or smoke during those times, report it to 9-1-1 and Dixon VFD will respond.

• Attention Acequia del Llano parciantes: Upper parciantes can start watering Saturday morning for two days.  Lower parciantes can then have it for two days. If you are not sure when to take water, call the mayordomo at 575-779-1258.

• Dixon artist Eli Levin is having a painting show, “Fight and Dance: Social Realism of Eli Levin”, on Canyon Road in Santa Fe opening Friday, May 10th from 5 to 8 at SusanEddingsPerezGallery, 717 Canyon Road.
