• Dixon Animal Protection Society (DAPS) is having a gourmet cake and ice cream social to raise funds this Saturday, September 27th, 2 to 6 at the Black Mesa winery, inside.  We will have live music from the new band “Happy Dogs", Irene, Dick, Richard, and Doug!  You know they have to be good!  For questions, 505–579-9628.

• Seeking plywood pieces for upcycle project: I am seeking some plywood scraps at least 2x2 and up to 8x4 for an art project.  I will be sanding down the wood and painting it so the pieces do not need to be blemish free.  I can pay for any new, or very clean pieces, or simply take some old junk off your hands.  Thanks a bunch, [email protected]
