• There is a new display at the Embudo Valley Library: The New York Times Best 100 Books of the 21st century.  We printed out the list so you can check off the books as you read them.  Library hours: 11-5:00 Monday -Saturday.

• Bulk green cabbage for sale:  If there are folks who are looking to make chow chow, kimchi or sauerkraut in bulk, I have a huge crop of green cabbage coming in now.  It looks like the weather is favorable for them growing several more weeks.  If you are looking for some mighty fine cabbage, email me at [email protected] and let me know how many you are looking for.  You can come get them (I am on Llano de la Llegua outside Peñasco) or I can bring them to you if you're local.
