  • Library Stories; Books on the Backroads, a documentary on New Mexico’s rural libraries, including the Embudo Valley Library, will be rebroadcast tonight, Thursday, at 7 on KNME.  If you miss it, There is a DVD in the Library available to be checked out.

  • DAPS is looking for donated canine sweaters and jackets for this upcoming cold snap. We would like to help keep as many outdoor dogs warm as we can. Recently all of our spare sweaters and jackets went to the homeless shelter in Española. If you have clean gently used, outdoor dogwear and are willing to donate it, please put it in a bag, label it, and drop it at the little shed on the porch of the Carnelian Center. Please then send a text to 505-699-0334 so that we can get it on a dog ASAP. Thank you! J
