  • The Fletcher & John Trio will be playing at Black Mesa Winery, 4-7 tomorrow (Friday).

  • Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular at PetSense in Española, Saturday, October 18th. Free pet vaccinations. Dixon Animal Protection Society (DAPS) is a co-sponsor. 

  • One Straw Farm is selling produce for pickup at the farm in Dixon on Fridays.  Currently offering greens, green chile, summer and winter squash (we had our first frost!), sweet and hot peppers, onions, garlic, powders and more.  Place your order on our website by 11:00 a.m. Friday for pickup any time after 4:00.

  • New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission will hold a public hearing on new rules for the Water Security Planning Act next Wednesday-Friday, October 15th–17th.  Details here.   The rules will affect how communities like ours care for our water, our acequias, and future generations.
