The Library invites community members to join us this Saturday April 18th at 10:00 for a Spring Seed Exchange. The Seed Library is open for the season so you are sure to get your seed fix! Bring some seeds to share if you have them, and plan on a morning of seed sharing, story swapping, and camaraderie. Light refreshments will be provided.
On Saturdays, May 2nd and 16th the Library is hosting a Volunteer Garden Party. Help us clean and amend the perennial beds at the Library! We are also accepting native perennials up to and during the events.
There are tutoring and employment options for the summer for local educators and youth through the State Public Education Department. If you are interested in earning extra income as a tutor, or if your youth could use additional tutoring over the summer, please view the resources available and sign up here. These opportunities are not run by the Library, but the Library has signed up to serve as a 'site' for the tutoring program.
