We were at the Vet for vaccines for DAPS dogs today and they are seeing Parvo not just in puppies, but adult dogs now. This is unusual! Española, Peñasco and Taos all have a high risk of Parvo. If your dog(s) have not been vaccinated in a while please get them updated.
The Dixon Senior Center is sponsoring a Cinco De Mayo Dance, Friday, May 3rd. The Senior Center is open daily and meals are served at noon. Seniors are invited to come join us to greet and meet friends, play bingo and enjoy a meal. Chris Cata is the manager and can answer any questions you may have relating to senior services at 505-579-9176. Senior activities include trips to the monastery, picnics and day trips. Come and enjoy good food and dancing to the music of Lluvia Negra. If you plan to come and eat at the center on the day of the dance, call and let them know before May 1st.
