Seeking donations for Christmas Light Parade Raffle: Embudo Valley Neighborhood Watch Program (EVNWP) is once again hosting the Christmas Light Parade in Dixon on Saturday, December 19th. We are asking community members to donate new items for the raffle. The proceeds will be used to cover expenses for the Light Parade.
