> 7:00 - Archaeology Lecture:  Barnard Professor Sev Fowles “The Archaeology of Catholicism in Indo-Hispano New Mexico” at the Embudo Valley Library.

  • Zuly’s cafe will close at 2:00 today, Wednesday, to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

  • Local Sculptor Brian Barreto will be participating in an artists talk with Gallerist Emily Spykman this evening,  Wednesday , 6:30 at Sun & Dust Gallery, 233A Canyon Rd Santa Fe for the Canyon Road Summer Walk.  Brian has a series of works on display until August 31st. This event is in its first year and has incredible energy with lots going on everywhere, hope you can make it!

  • Wine/Cheese pairing this Saturday, August 10th.  Last day to Register.  We would love to share this experience with you.  If you cannot make it please share with others that might be interested.  It is a fabulous afternoon!

  • New ticket information and news from Nuevo Mexico Profundo here.

  • La Segunda Thrift Store fabric sale - A dollar a yard.  This Saturday, August 10th, 10:00-4:00.  We support the Embudo Valley Library with your donations and purchases.

  • Get-Out-the-Vote letter writers will meet this Friday, August 9th, at the Embudo Valley Library Community Center at 5:00 to get out the vote in November. Everyone is invited.  Please let me know if you're coming so I'll know how many letters to print.  If you would like to write letters on your own--no problem--let me know at [email protected] and I'll get the letters to you.
