>10:30-12:00 - Caterpillar Club, family literacy playgroup at the Embudo Valley Library for children 0-5 and their caregivers. This week we will be doing a mini archaeology dig.
>11:00-1:00 - Parent Support Circle at the Carnelian Center: Acupuncture with Dr. Elie Klein.  Child care help, lunch. 
>5:30-7:30 - Body Wisdom Nutrition Class with special guest Jessie Emerson at the Carnelian Center.  By Donation.  More information here.

  • Celebration of Life/Memorial for Michael Browne this Saturday, June 21st starting at 3:33pm at his childhood home.  Details here

  • Summer Reading Program: Families and community members - please join us this Friday and Saturday, June 20th and 21st, 9:45-1:00 as we head over to the Dixon Plaza to take part in Columbia University's archaeological study of three hundred years of local history.  Join professor Sev Fowles and his students on an active dig.  Learn how to analyze local Spanish Colonial artifacts and be a youth curator to help design an exhibit in the Embudo Valley Library!  Meet at the Library and walk together to the Dixon Plaza.

  • Professor Fowles and his students will present recent archaeological findings and share research regarding our local history Wednesday, June 25th at 7:00.  Stay tuned for details.
